Know before you order
Delivery
Delivery costs ৳150 across Bangladesh. Orders are delivered within 24–72 hours.
Payment
Choose ৳150 advance by bKash and pay the remaining product price on delivery, with no extra cashout charge for this option. Full wallet payments include the charge shown at checkout; bank transfers have no cashout charge.
bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer options are shown at checkout. A submitted transaction reference is checked manually; submitting it is not proof of receipt.
Returns & exchanges
Please inspect your items before accepting delivery. If there is any issue with size, colour, damage or quality, contact LOBOSE while the delivery person is present. Once delivery has been accepted and the delivery person has left, return or exchange requests will no longer be accepted under this policy. This policy does not limit rights provided by applicable law. Keep the product, packaging and tags intact. Return courier charge: ৳150. Size exchange: ৳150 delivery + ৳50 return charge. If the issue is from our end, replacement delivery is free.
For advance-paid orders, refunds are issued within 24–72 hours after we receive the returned product.
