Delivery across Bangladesh

LOBOSE delivers across Bangladesh within 24–72 hours of your order. The delivery charge is ৳150, payable in advance. Orders are dispatched on the same day, every day of the week.

৳150 advance + Cash on delivery

Send the ৳150 delivery advance to our personal bKash account 01624074093 using Send Money. Enter your sender number and Transaction ID at checkout. The remaining product price is collected on delivery. No additional cashout charge applies to this delivery-advance option.

Full advance payment

For full payment through bKash, Nagad, Rocket or Upay, the cashout charge is shown in your checkout total. Bank transfer has no cashout charge.

Returns & exchanges

Please check your product when it arrives. Contact LOBOSE within 1 day (24 hours) after delivery to request a return or exchange, including any issue with size, damage, colour or quality.

Not satisfied with the product? You can request a return or exchange within 1 day (24 hours) after delivery. If there is an issue from our end, we will take full responsibility and send you a replacement with free delivery.

For returns, the return courier charge is Tk. 150. If you paid in advance, your refund will be issued within 24–72 hours after we receive the returned product. For size exchange, Tk. 150 delivery + Tk. 50 return charge applies. Please keep the product, packaging, and tags intact.
